These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Review My MVP service ("Service"). By purchasing a review, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Review My MVP provides one-time written feedback on your MVP, product, or idea. After submitting your info and payment, we will review the materials you provide and deliver a single, comprehensive review.

2. Payment

The service costs $200 USD. Payments are processed through Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe after submitting the booking form.

All sales are final. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with your review, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at evanjamesellis@gmail.com.

3. No Guarantees

The review provided is based on personal experience and professional opinion. While we aim to be as helpful as possible, we do not guarantee business outcomes, success, or performance improvements.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your product, brand, and submitted materials. We will not use, share, or disclose your project details outside the scope of delivering your review.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the revision.
